We will show how Annette Owen / Evans:

a)  Abandoned 4 dogs in boarding for 5 months and failed to provide them with vetting over this period

b)  Provided inadequate vetting for another 2 dogs in boarding

c)  Left a severely dog aggressive dog in boarding for 44 days with no training despite $1,300 in pledges

d) Failed to provide adequate support for 2 fosters with dog aggressive dogs resulting in 2 of them ending up in a shelter!
